The judgment is yours; the typing shouldn't be. AI drafts, you decide. That principle is built into the product, not buried in a settings toggle.
Free for 250 conversations a month, $10 per 250 after, locked in for beta stores for as long as you stay subscribed. You choose which AI company powers your replies, and we're upfront about what it costs to run, typically around $0.002 a reply.
50 beta stores, onboarded personally. We'd rather be essential to a thousand founders than a line item for one enterprise.
Who it's not for
If you have a ten-person support team, SLAs, and a procurement process, we're genuinely not built for you. Shopcelerate is for the stage before that: when “the support team” is you, your phone, and whatever's left of your evening.
Who's behind it
Shopcelerate is made by EfficiaLabs, a small studio that builds practical tools for store owners.
Vai ran a Shopify store in 2023, hated the support inbox more than anything else on the to-do list, and now builds tools for store owners at EfficiaLabs.
